SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME

​All order will be processed within 5 business days excluding weekends and national holidays. Once the item has been handed to the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

2. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are any questions about canceling the order, please contact us.

3. DELAYED ORDERS

In the event of high volume orders,  delayed processing time may occur.  Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed delivery orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

4. DAMAGED ORDERS

Thread of Hopes is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

​Due to the aging nature of this product, we only accept returns within 14 days after purchase. The item must be in the original packaging and filled with internal support tissue. Any sign of use will disqualify your return and the full price will be paid.
